Chad Pringle
Founder/President/Senior Recruiter
Chad comes with vast experience in the High Tech industry with 10 years experience. Chad is living happily in Ketchum, Idaho with his wife and new born daughter. He enjoys his family and outdoor activities such as skiing, mountain biking and golfing, to name a few. Chad grew up in upstate New York and was educated at State University of New York, at Binghamton where he received his Bachelors in Business Administration. He will always make the best sense of matching the right opportunity with the correct person, which is what Principal Recruiting Group prides itself on, with each and every relationship. Chad is always striving to look at the big picture and endure long term relationships.

Dan Gingrich
Manager, Technical Division
Dan joined Principal Recruiting Group in 2007 to manage the rapidly growing Technical Division which specializes in Software Engineering. He has spent the majority of his professional career in Sales after graduating from Eastern Washington University in 1989 with a B.A. in Recreational Therapy. His interest in High Tech Recruiting began in the late Nineties when he joined Emerson Brooks and spent several years focusing on Software Engineering placements in the Bay Area. Prior to joining Principal Recruiting Group, he was the National Sales Manager for JYTTE hats, an Idaho based headwear manufacturer. Dan takes advantage of the multiple outdoor activities found in a mountain town setting. He can often be found camping, fly fishing and snowboarding with his family and friends to name a few of them. He resides in the Wood River Valley with his wife, son, and family pets.
